- Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide timely feedback, necessary digital assets, and approvals to ensure project milestones are met.
- Intellectual Property: Upon full and final payment, the client owns the specific rights to the developed website or application, excluding any proprietary frameworks or underlying SaaS structures owned by Puspendu Studio.
- Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hoogly, West Bengal.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Puspendu Studio, we strive to deliver high-quality digital solutions. Due to the custom nature of web development and software deployment, our refund and cancellation policies are as follows:
Cancellations:
- Before Project Kickoff: If you cancel your inquiry or project before any development work begins and before signing the final agreement, any initial deposit (minus a processing fee, if applicable) will be refunded.
- During Development: Cancellations made after work has commenced will result in the forfeiture of the initial deposit. You will be billed for the work completed up to the date of cancellation.
Refunds:
- Web Development Packages: Payments made for completed milestones (e.g., UI/UX approval, backend deployment) are strictly non-refundable.
- SaaS & Subscription Apps: For platforms hosted within our digital ecosystem, subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
- Disputes regarding project delivery must be raised within 7 days of the milestone delivery date.

- Step 3: Payment Gateway Checkout: The client receives a secure payment link (via your chosen provider like Razorpay, PayU, or Stripe).
- Input Details: Client enters their Name, Email, Phone Number, and Billing Address.
- Payment Method: Client selects their preferred method (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking).
- Processing: The payment gateway securely processes the transaction.
- Step 4: Confirmation & Onboarding: Upon successful payment, the client receives an automated email/SMS receipt, and the Puspendu Studio development team formally kicks off the project.
